Mike was hired to help my brother establish a safe workout routine. My brother experienced a traumatic brain injury over 30 years ago and left him with coordination issues and balance. Since Mike has been working with him his balance has improved quite a bit and it has only been a few months.
He is patient and shows a high level of respect to my brother that leaves us all very appreciative of the time care and thought he puts into his plans for each workout.
If you are looking for a great trainer for your loved ones or your self. Do it. Adaptive Exercise Group is the best!!!!

The personalized training sessions with Mike have been great. I see improvements in JoJo’s balance, strength, and endurance. JoJo is using gym equipment that she previously was not able to use. The training sessions are tailored for JoJo. She is able to safely exercise and stay active. Great program.

Mike's an expert at getting my son with cerebral palsy (spasticity in legs) to work out to strengthen and stretch his muscles.
His creativity and one on one attention helps Sean stay focused and not talking his way out of exercise. We have seen a lot of improvement in strength and range of motion since Sean started working with Mike six months ago.

I was desperate because I didn’t know that there was a difference between a personal trainer and an exercise physiologist here in the United States. As soon I noticed this difference, I started searching ( On Google ) and praying that I could find someone that who had actually studied 4 years or more, who would understand my specific needs and situations. Besides being friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable. And Mike was the answer to my prayers. I’m really thankful for the person and the profession that he is. He is everything that asked for and more. He has been transforming my life like nobody else here in the US. ( I was really tired of people who claimed to be Masters in personal training, whilst they only had a weekend on line course or as someone interested in exercising. Lost lots of time and money with these people. ) BUT MIKE IS THE REAL DEAL. I would recommend him to anyone in Jacksonville and or the whole world. HE IS THE BEST !!!
