Mike has been working with my son Caleb for over 2 years. Caleb is in a wheelchair, but Mike designed workouts to meet his needs, including a little bit of walking. Our workout program has evolved over time as Caleb became more fit and now includes a little bit of walking on a treadmill. Caleb also enjoys the social component of his workouts as he gets to spend some time with someone in his own age group in Mike. We see Mike a couple of times a week and it has increased Caleb’s mobility substantially.

It is really refreshing to be working alongside such dedicated personal trainers who don’t view any sort of limitation as a weakness, but rather as a strength. I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at the age of two and my progression in this program has allowed me to maintain the ability to eat on my own, paint, and lessened the significance of a muscle contracture in my right arm by 10 degrees.
